training and management support to private, public and not-for-profit
organisations that provide services to people. |

| We specialise in Quality Assurance – from helping our
clients to meet external requirements (eg National Minimum Standards,
PQASSO) to developing bespoke in-house quality standards and
systems. We strongly advocate self-assessment and development
planning as a sound basis for addressing issues of quality and
achieving long-term Performance Improvement and value for money. |

We have also regularly been commissioned to work on research
projects, and to undertake evaluation activities, including
independent surveys of service users and other stakeholders,
addressing the quality of service delivery. |
